A few weeks ago, my friend, and sometimes Dining In Austin contributor, Lee, decided to have a crawfish boil. In true Lee fashion, he went big. And when I mean big, I mean 30 pounds of crawfish for 15 people. There were so many crawfish, he had to cook them in 3 batches.. in a turkey fryer.
