We ALWAYS start with the Gyu Tataki and move through a myriad of perfect, pristine flavors. You are so right about the freshness of the fish and it brings us back time after time. I do not love their rolls as much as their nigiri. I find Sushi Sake and Mikado's rolls to be my favorite. The head chef/owner knows a ton about fish. I've never been disappointed there. And also perfect for cheap bastards. &lt;BR/&gt;&lt;BR/&gt;Not that Mushashino isn't great, too.
