I agree with that...

Average to better than average. I agree with that rating.

For me, I like the little lab environment they've got working there were you can watched the caged staffers cutting fries, making burgers, etc. Freshness is always a good start for any cooking endeavor.

I also appreciated the simplicity of the menu. That's usually a good sign for me because it usually denotes that a restaurant knows what they do well, and they do it well. So, I'm left with a little bit of a loss for Mighty Fine that with such a simple menu, I didn't experience a foodgasm with their burgers. There's hope, though. Relatively speaking, it's a new establishment. So, I'm looking at this as a burn-in time for them. I'll revisit soon enough to see if the staff has settled in with the simplistic menu and has really started cranking out the awesome burgers that they ought to.

See, Mariah? I told you I could do it. I've actually written something without mentioning Ms. Stunning. Oh. Damn. I'll try again later.

Mariah told me to add my opinion to this post or s...

Mariah told me to add my opinion to this post or she would hurt me...and she'd do it...she's crazy...not really...just kidding...hugs :)

ANYWAYS, she's spot on with the burgers. They were o.k., but nothing great. I can do better at home without trying too hard. They weren't bad, but they weren't great. Mariah and I both agreed that Fuddruckers makes better burgers. I know...shocking.

I wasn't so impressed with the fries. I found the diminutive size difficult to eat with my burly man fingers. They tasted fine and were a little on the dark brown side, which is a big plus for me! If they would have been larger they would have been better...

The wait for the burgers wasn't horrible but they could have moved things along by taking note of all the people in line and throwing some burgers down.

6.5 seems Mighty Fair to me.

I don't personally mind having to wait a few minut...

I don't personally mind having to wait a few minutes for a burger to be cooked to order. The reason it wouldn't work as well as Rudy's is because there the meat only has to be cut. I agree 100% on the burger seasoning. I have no idea why they don't season them a little more. They carry sea salt and season salt on the table, why not put some on the burger? Although I must admit that the burgers have gotten MUCH better since they first opened.
